Concourt judgment relating to the enforceability of a prenuptial agreement which provides for, amongst other things, maintenance upon the dissolution of marriage. This agreement was concluded after the parties entered into an Antenuptial contract declaring the marriage to be out of community of property with the exclusion of the accrual system. The court found that the prenuptial agreement was tainted by illegality, was against public policy, and was, therefore, void and couldn’t found a cause of action.
