SCA judgment dealing with an anti-dissipation interdict that may be granted where a respondent is believed to be deliberately arranging his affairs in such a way to ensure that by the time the applicant is in a position to execute judgment, he will be without assets or sufficient assets on which the applicant expects to execute. Its purpose is to preserve the asset which is in issue between the parties. The onus is on the applicant for such an interdict to establish the requirements for the grant of the interdict.
